By using a mosaic technique, I feel I can give expression to the
things I see in the world. Even with all of the world’s imperfection
and chaos, I seek out the beauty and grace in the everyday. I
believe there will always be an amazing balance between
confusion and hope – and I want the viewer to feel that
connection through my fragmented images.
Using fiber to create these mosaic images, I am aware of how
each piece comes together in a blending of texture, color and
form. As I continue to explore this medium, I am delighted to
discover new techniques which help communicate my ideas.
